A passion for people and observing human nature has led me
to pursue a career in presenting. Whilst everything is new, scary and exciting,
my vivacious personality and compassion mean that I can engage well with people
and enjoy finding what makes them tick.
Any lack of experience is more than made up for with enthusiasm and the
ability to communicate effectively.
In my previous role, I worked on a project engaging young
victims ages (14-25) of domestic abuse.
The abuse suffered was often only one of an assortment of complex issues
facing my clients, which provided an insight into some of the problems facing
young people today. As a volunteer
working with the Anne Frank & U exhibition, I showed children and young
people around the exhibition and led discussion according to the age group,
about the Holocaust, Second World War and how Anne’s experiences can be put
into a modern context.
I currently work for TV Northants as a presenter, interviewing
the head coach and players of the Northampton Saints. I am interested to work with the Youth Digital Network and
to help young people to launch their careers in media
and performing arts.
